This Earth Day, we will unlock the wisdom behind each element of Earth, Fire, Water & Air. You will learn how to anchor your connection with Gaia (Mother Earth) and understand the importance of working with Her through mantra and meditation. Our workshop will teach you ways to activate your elements with gentle yoga and use your own voice for toning in this sacred group setting. This will help to create positive shifts for you to clear, let go, and restore your energy back to your brilliant cosmic Self. You will also receive loving sacred sounds from Gaia Herself through the channeled melodies of crystal singing bowls and heart-centered vocals. Be a part of something so special and unique!
