Myofascial Release
Fascia is a tough connective tissue that spreads throughout the body in a three dimensional web. Myofascial release techniques consist of applying gentle, sustained pressure into fascial restrictions, easing pain and tension. Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a non-invasive form of gentle bodywork that focuses on bringing the central nervous system (CNS) into harmony. The client remains fully cothed for this therapy.

Reflexology
Reflexology uses fingers and thumbs to press specific points on the feet, hands, and ears in order to assist the body's ability to restore internal balance. Specializing in the Flocco Method - integrating feet, hands, and ears.

Warm Stone Massage
Warm Stone massage incorporates the use of heated river rock stones, crystals, aromatherapy, and Swedish massage techniques to provide a relaxing, calming experience.

Reiki
Reiki, pronounced RAY-kee, is a gentle, yet powerful hands-on healing technique known to reduce stress and provide relaxation while promoting self-healing. Client remains fully clothed during treatment. Crystals and/or essential oils may be used to enhance the experience.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is a convenient, portable, and practical form of massage designed to relieve mental and physical stress by calming the nervous system, increasing circulation, and reducing muscle tension. Client remains fully clothed while seated in a specially designed portable massage chair. Available for corporate and non-profit events.
